Poultry

The poultry industry moves the Brazilian economy with its farms earning up to R$ 50 billion a year with its production in the country. It is the most common meat in Brazilian dishes and, in total, 158 countries consume Brazil-produced chicken.

Beef

Pork

Brazil ranks fourth in the world in pork production, with 3.1 million tonnes per year. In recent years, the country emerged as one of the world's leading producers and exporters of this meat, with product quality and traceability not extraneous factors for this.

Several types of by products are produced from pork, its artisanal production corresponds to about 11%, and is concentrated in south and southeast areas of the country.
